Living/Dining Room: Living room with sofa and 2 armchairs, WIFI internet connection, flat screen TV, DVD player, stereo system, table for 4/6 people and contemporary fireplace. Panoramic views of vineyards, olive groves and hillsides in the distance as far as the eye can see as well as stunning views of sunsets through bay windows.
Garden : Private and fenced off for young children and pets, covered terrace, table for 4/6, barbecue
Animals : allowed on request
Cleaning/Sheets/Towels, etc : Towels and sheets included (except beach towels). Beds are made upon your arrival and new sheets are provided every week ifyou want to. The guesthouse is equipped with a vacuum and an iron.

Other : Electricity, heating, air-conditioning, and wood for the fireplace and barbecue are included in the rental price.
